Twin Lakes Community—a neighborhood where longtime friends are as important as long-term care—is a 210-acre continuing care community nestled around lakes, walking trails, community gardens, and a fitness center. They provide a variety of Independent Living options: garden homes, villas, and apartments; Assisted Living support; a Skilled Nursing residence staffed by experienced professionals that assists with long- or short-term care or therapeutic rehabilitation; and a Memory Care residence with specialized therapies and active socialization. In 2018, the Garden Home Development yielded the campus 28 new garden homes. In 2021, the Healthcare Building was added. It includes five individual resident courtyards, a chapel garden, a physical therapy courtyard, event lawns, biocells, and foundation plantings. Hardscape elements including patios, shade structures, raised planters, white noise fountains, and fencing. In 2022, the campus expanded to include a Fitness Center and Dining Hall. In 2026, Stockton Independent Living opened with 84 spacious apartments. Additionally, a dry creek bed was installed to deal with existing conditions and the existing parking lot was redesigned to include a drop-off area.
