LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

WINSTON-SALEM, NC

We are seeking a creative and talented Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Winston Salem, NC.  This position focuses on the design and production of site plans and construction documents for a diverse portfolio, including urban spaces, parks, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, higher education campuses, and residential developments. You will work closely with other project team members in a highly collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• A min of 4-years of experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited University.

• Proficient computer skills in AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).

• Strong graphic representation abilities using both hand drafting and digital methods.

• Proficient in the production of site and amenity construction documents.

• Proficient in site grading.

• Proficient in detailing amenity designs.

• Excellent written, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external design disciplines.

• Analyze and apply municipal, county, and state zoning and design codes.

• Ability to work within a collaborative design environment.

PROJECT ENGINEER

WINSTON-SALEM, NC and CHARLOTTE, NC

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Minimum 6 years of direct experience in site engineering design for Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare & Industrial projects.

• Proficiency in the design & production of site construction drawings, including site layout, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management SCM’s & utility plans.

• Understanding & proficiency in performing hydrologic & hydraulic analysis & design associated with storm drainage, stormwater management & water distribution systems.

• Strong critical thinking skills for analyzing & solving engineering problems.

• Ability to research & apply Municipal, County & State zoning ordinances, design standards & requirements.

• Experience in permitting at the Municipal, County & State levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related degree.

• PE License required for Project Engineer position.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment with a willingness to learn & adapt to Company design & drawing standards.

• Software Proficiency preferred: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, Newforma, EPANet 2.2 & Microsoft Excel.

CIVIL DESIGNER

WINSTON-SALEM, NC and CHARLOTTE, NC

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in site engineering design for Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, & Healthcare projects.

• Ability to design & produce site construction drawings, including site, erosion control, grading, drainage, & utility plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related degree.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Software Proficiency preferred: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, Newforma, EPANet 2.2.

PROJECT MANAGER

WINSTON-SALEM, NC

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Minimum of 6+ years of direct experience in Land Development design.

• Experience with civil engineering project management, including creating & management of scopes, schedules & budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related degree.

• North Carolina PE License is required.

• Excellent organization, written & communication skills.

• Ability to manage clients, projects, staff & work in a team environment.

• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office products, knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio. Experience with Newforma & EPANet 2.2 is preferred.
