​CIVIL DESIGNER

WINSTON-SALEM, NC and CHARLOTTE, NC

We are seeking motivated and experienced Civil Designers to join our team in Winston-Salem or Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines—working alongside senior engineers, landscape architects, and planners to transform conceptual master plans into real-world infrastructure. You will actively support a diverse project portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, healthcare, senior living facilities, municipal parks, urban designs, and higher education campuses.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• 6-years of direct experience in site engineering design and production of construction drawings.

• Proficient in the design and production of site construction drawings that include site, erosion control, grading, drainage, utility plans, stormwater management, and site details.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD C3D surface modeling, alignments, profiles, grading, and plan production.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work

• Excellent written & communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio or similar.

• Prefer bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related degree.

PROJECT MANAGER

WINSTON-SALEM, NC

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Minimum of 6+ years of direct experience in Land Development design.

• Experience with civil engineering project management, including creating & management of scopes, schedules & budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related degree.

• North Carolina PE License is required.

• Excellent organization, written & communication skills.

• Ability to manage clients, projects, staff & work in a team environment.

• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office products, knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio. Experience with Newforma & EPANet 2.2 is preferred.
