The 350,000 sq ft speculative distribution facility on Burlington Road was developed by NFI Industries—a large national company specializing in distribution, logistics and supply chain solutions. This Class A tilt-up concrete distribution facility has a 36-foot clear ceiling; 35 truck docks with 20 additional knockouts for a total of 55 truck docks; up to 226 parking spaces; and 109 trailer parking spaces.
