Link Apartments®: Innovation Quarter is a mixed-use development located downtown Winston-Salem, NC. The project is comprised of 340 apartment units and approximately 5,000 sq ft of retail space wrapped around a shared parking deck with over 850 spaces. With a focus to efficiently deliver housing in desirable, resilient urban neighborhoods to moderate-income residents—including young people in the workforce, the project was built adjacent to Wake Forest Biotech Place between North Patterson Avenue and Chestnut Street. The project was designed to meet growing demands for housing, retail, and parking at the Innovation Quarter campus.
