The Pegg Road Development consists of two industrial and logistics buildings situated in the Airport submarket along the High Point/Greensboro border and strategically positioned near the I-40 and NC-68 interchange. These two Class-A facilities were developed by SCANNELL Properties—a national commercial real estate developer. Lot #1, a Home Depot Distribution Center, is a 176,000 sq ft building with 157 vehicle parking spaces. 43 truck docks, and 40 trailer storage spaces, and Lot #2, Bakemark, is a 234,000 sq ft building with 257 vehicle parking spaces. 44 truck docks, and 52 trailer storage spaces.
