Healthcare Hospital Master Planning Medical Office Building

Wake Forest Baptist Health’s Davie Medical Center is an 88-acre Medical Campus with a 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building, and a 50-bed hospital, offering out-patient surgery services, inpatient services and emergency care. The campus will also feature supportive commercial development, bike lanes, sidewalks, amenity ponds and walking trails.

Medical Plaza 1: The $79 million first phase of WFBH western campus is a four-story, 60,000-square-foot medical office building, visible from Interstate 40 on Highway 801 in Bermuda Run. The building is home to orthopedic, heart, eye and neurology services.

Medical Plaza 2: Adjacent to Medical Plaza 1 is the 104,000 sq. ft. hospital offering out-patient surgery services and emergency care. The hospital houses cardiology and orthopedic practices, a rehabilitation center, an emergency department, operating rooms, along with imaging, laboratory and other diagnostic services.

Bed Tower: The three-story, 78,220 sq. ft. addition to the current hospital is primarily made up of a 50-bed inpatient care center.
