The two north campus suite-style halls house 480 upper class undergraduate students. Magnolia & Dogwood Halls are mirror images of each other connected by a courtyard, both incorporating study lounges, kitchens on every floor & a media room. The two buildings have met LEED-Silver Certification standards.
