The Point at Lake Jeanette | Northern Shores & Daybreak Square

The Point is a premier 100-acre peninsula on the lake front community of Lake Jeanette in north Greensboro. Five unique villages with approximately 300 single family, cluster, retirement and duplex homes characterize the community. Greenways, recreation areas, and prime lake view were incorporated into the development along with strict water quality measures, tree preservation & steep slope circulation.

Northern Shores is a 260-acre traditional/ neo-traditional residential community with 378 lots on Lake Jeanette. Lake view lots were reserved for traditional single-family homes. Daybreak Square, the center core, was developed as a small lot neo-traditional community with alleys, sidewalks and street trees.
