Wendover Ave. Spec Building: The 350,000 sq. ft. spec Distribution Facility was developed by NFI Industries, a large national company specializing in distribution, logistics and supply chain solutions headquartered in Camden, New Jersey.
The Class A tilt-up concrete distribution facility has a 36-foot clear ceiling; 35 loading docks with 20 additional knockouts; two 12-foot by 14-foot drive-in doors; up to 216 parking spaces; and 92 off-building trailer parking spaces.

Youngs Mill Industrial Center Spec Building: Located in the southwest quadrant of the I-85 interchange with Youngs Mill Road in Greensboro, the 1,287,000 sq. ft. Spec Building in situated on a 137 acre parcel within Youngs Mill Industrial Center. The property was rezoned High Industrial, making it suitable for distribution and manufacturing. A bridge built to highway department standards has been designed to span Little Alamance Creek, which runs through the property.
