Stimmel Associates, PA is currently preparing plans for the proposed Medical Park Hospital in Kernersville, NC.  The new Medical Business Park will include a 50-bed hospital with future expansion to 100-beds, medical office buildings and supportive retail uses.  Stimmel's responsibilities include site analysis/ feasibility, creation of a new zoning district and board approvals, site planning, site civil engineering, infrastructure, permitting, amenity and landscape plans, and construction administration.  The hospital is scheduled to open Spring 2010.
