Stimmel Associates, PA is currently working on implementation of the Piedmont Triad Research Park in the heart of Winston-Salem.  The original Master Plan by Sasaki Associates, Inc. is a 200+ acre Business Technology and Medical Research Park comprised of three districts.  The Northern District is a mixed-use development with rehabilitation of the former RJ Reynolds Warehouses.  The Central and Southern Districts are the new and future home to Wake Forest University Health Sciences Biomedical Campus.  Stimmel Associates, PA is responsible for revisions and implementation of the Master Plan including site analysis/ feasibility, rezoning, site civil engineering, infrastructure coordination, permitting and construction administration.  The buildout of the project is anticipated to be over the next twenty years.
