Moses Cone MedCenter High Point is anchored by a 12-bed emergency department. It is open around the clock and staffed by physicians specializing in emergency medicine.

Moses Cone MedCenter High Point was built to serve people not only in High Point, but in Jamestown, Colfax, Oak Ridge, Summerfield and west Greensboro. Stimmel's responsibilities included site analysis/ feasibility, site planning, site civil engineering, infrastructure, permitting, amenity and landscape plans, and construction administration.
